Despite the feeling that these countries are at the end of the world, each one I've seen was visited within a couple of crazy, whirlwind weekends, even while still living in New York! I expect a few more trips to take place to finish tackling them all as this region is a fantastic combination of beautiful landscape, friendly people and unique activities.
